When you use the inquiry form, we ask for your name, email address, phone number, what you need help with (for example, buying a first home or refinancing), the Florida county where you are looking, your preferred language, and your timeline. You also confirm that we may contact you about your inquiry. The form also records which language version and page of the site you used.
3. Information we do not request
This website does not request Social Security numbers, bank or account information, income documents, or other sensitive financial information. Please do not send this information through the inquiry form. If you choose to apply for a loan, applications are handled through a separate secure application system with its own disclosures.
4. Information collected automatically
Our website is hosted by Netlify. Like most hosting providers, Netlify automatically records basic technical information, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, to operate and protect the site.
We use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms, Inc. (the company behind Facebook and Instagram), to measure and improve our advertising. When you visit this website, the Meta Pixel may use cookies and similar technologies to tell Meta which pages you viewed and whether an inquiry was successfully sent. We do not send your name, email address, phone number, or form answers to Meta through the pixel. Meta may combine this information with other information it has about you and uses it under its own privacy policy, for example to show ads and measure their results.
Your choices: you can review and adjust how Meta uses this information in the Ad preferences section of your Facebook or Instagram settings, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. This website still works if you block cookies. We do not use other analytics or advertising tools.
5. How we use your information
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, schedule and conduct a consultation, communicate with you in your preferred language, and keep basic records of our communications. If you reach our website through one of our ads, we note that your inquiry came from an ad so we can understand which advertising works.
6. How your inquiry is delivered and stored
When you submit the inquiry form, your information is processed and stored by Netlify’s form service and sent by email to Alberto Mawad at our business email address (albertomawad@buenofinancing.com), which is hosted by Microsoft 365.
Your inquiry is also saved in our customer relationship management system, Zoho CRM, so we can follow up with you and keep a record of our communications. If you contact us more than once, we add the new inquiry to your existing record.
7. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate this website and respond to you: Netlify (website hosting and form processing), Microsoft 365 (business email), and Zoho CRM (customer records). They may use it only to provide those services. As described above, Meta receives website activity information through the Meta Pixel, but not your form answers. We may also share information when required by law.
We do not currently send text messages through this website.
8. Communications and your choices
You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying to our email or contacting us using the details below. You may also ask to review, correct, or delete the inquiry information you submitted, subject to legal and recordkeeping obligations.
9. Data retention
We keep inquiry records in Netlify, our business email, and Zoho CRM until you ask us to delete them, unless we are required by law to keep certain records longer. To request deletion, contact us using the details below.
10. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information submitted through this website, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
11. Loan applications
If you apply for a mortgage, information you provide during the application process is subject to the privacy notice provided with your application, as required under federal law.
12. Children’s privacy
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
13. Links to other websites
This website may link to third-party websites, such as NMLS Consumer Access, government housing resources, or a secure application portal. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
